When I ask people lately, “what are you grateful for?” More and more people tell me, “the gift of life.”
I love this quote from Tony Robbins, “When you are grateful fear disappears and abundance appears.”
When we take the time to practice gratitude, we begin to experience positive change in our lives. Not that long ago in my life, I was fearful about the direction my life was going, but then I decided to be grateful for the little things.
After practicing an attitude of gratitude, I found myself becoming more empathetic and forgiving. Stress didn’t bother me as much as it did before. My relationships started to improve and I even started sleeping better.
I enjoy collecting quotes and I am going to share a few of them with you in today’s video.
Being grateful comes in lots of sizes, shapes, and forms and “If we do not feel grateful for what we already have, what makes us think we’d be happy with more?” ~Unknown
Try to appreciate the little things today. The sun, the moon, or the shoes on your feet. If you’re in pain, don’t let it take you down, instead, try to find gratitude in your pain. That’s right, be grateful for the challenges you are experiencing right now and see how an attitude of gratitude will start to change the way you think and feel.
