Is your attitude self-defeating? Could your attitude be getting in the way of your own success?

Today, I want you to name the self-defeating beliefs and attitudes that are preventing you from improving yourself, your relationships, and your work. These self-defeating beliefs and attitudes you name are your Gremlins.

By naming your Gremlins, you are creating awareness for them. By creating awareness or becoming self-aware you will learn to recognize your beliefs and attitudes and how they affect your emotions. So that as they happen you can practice controlling them.  

With a good attitude, anything is possible.
