Good Morning, and above all, happy National Relaxation Day to you all!
What a great week I have had, I hope you are all are taking some time to relax and make some memories!
Today, I have decided focus on the word RELAXATION. National Relaxation Day was actually founded by a young 9 year old girl who understood the importance of taking some time to relax.
Relax, Refresh and Revive! It is hard to accomplish your goals when you are dragging at the end of your rope. Whether you are struggling with work, your relationships, your health, or really anything in your life, you can’t get water from a turnip. Forcing the issue is not going to make it happen. Sometimes what you need to do is take a step back from the issue, Relax, Refresh and Revive!
Reignite that fire and that passion in your life. Take time for yourself, breath and get back out there.
Sometimes, we feel like we are not allowed to relax, like it is lazy or it is as if we are giving up, but if you want to revive and you want a different outcome you have to revive yourself. “The first step to revive is to decide you are not going to stay where you are”. So say to yourself this week “Relax, refresh, and Revive!”
Revive your light, Manifest your dreams, realize your worth; because you are worth it, you do deserve happiness, and you are not alone.
