Jason Frazell’s life was pretty good. As a salesman who worked for more than 15 years with technology startups, he worked with good companies on cool projects and received steady pay for his efforts. Life was good — it just wasn’t exceptional. So he hired a coach, and with the support of his family, set out to radically change his life.

In this episode, I talk with entrepreneur and executive success coach Jason Frazell on the class that changed his life, why he hired a coach, the fears he had to overcome and the changes he needed to make to have an exceptional life. Jason shares his views on coaching and why he believes everyone needs a coach.

IN THIS EPISODE WE DISCUSS…

  • Why things always seem harder than they really are.
  • How one improv class changed the course of Jason’s life.
  • What coaching is and why it’s so important.
  • The difference between coaching and therapy.
  • And much, much more…
